Meet the WindsorMeade of Williamsburg Management Team
Marilyn joined WindsorMeade of Williamsburg in November 2008. Marilyn previously worked at The Chesapeake in Newport News, Va. for seventeen years and Harbor’s Edge in Norfolk, Va. for 3 years. Marilyn holds Virginia licenses as a Nursing Home Administrator and a Registered Nurse. She received a Bachelor’s in Science degree from Mountain State University. Marilyn has served on the Board of Directors for LeadingAge Virginia (previously VANHA) for twelve years. Most recently she served as the Chair of that Board for two years and now sits as the Past Chair. Marilyn has over thirty years of experience in the retirement industry.
Assistant Executive Director
Robin has been working in continuing care retirement communities throughout Virginia for the last 20 years. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Radford University and her Master’s of Business Administration Degree from Averett University. Robin started her tenure with Virginia United Methodist Homes at The Hermitage at Cedarfield in 1996 as the Director of Wellness and Leisure. Her certification as an Aging Services Professional from the University of North Texas and as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist proved beneficial when she was hired to assist with the start up of WindsorMeade in 2007. Robin currently serves as the Administrator of Health Services since receiving her LNHA in April of 2012.
Director of Dining & Catering
Kevin Early has extensive knowledge of the Culinary Arts. After studying at the Culinary Institute of America, Kevin worked in Zurich, Switzerland at Swissôtel International’s restaurant, the Panorama Grille. Back in the states he has enjoyed working in several fine establishments, including Amelia Island Plantation in Florida and the historic Martin’s Tavern in Georgetown. Having served many notable political figures while in D.C., Kevin was twice featured on the Washington, D.C. metro television program: The Lindsey Gustin Show: “Recipes from the Chef’s Kitchen” and was the recipient of the “Stellar Cellar” Silver wine award featured in Hampton Roads Magazine. Kevin has been an active board member of the Williamsburg Area Restaurant Association and the Chambers’ Taste of Williamsburg. He currently resides in Williamsburg with his wife and two daughters.
Business Office Director
Tracey has over 19 years of experience working in the retirement industry. She joined the WindsorMeade team in 2008 and has extensive experience in Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Medicare Billing, Census and Medicare Cost reporting. Tracey earned her BSA in Business Office Administration Management from Lynchburg College. Tracey currently resides in Williamsburg and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Director of Environmental Services
Patrick leads WindsorMeade’s Environmental Services Department which is responsible for the facilities, security, landscape, housekeeping and laundry operations. He has over 17 years of property and facility management experience. He has been employed by such companies as the YMCA, ValleyCrest Companies and two Anheuser-Busch Companies; Busch Properties and Busch Entertainment Corporation. Patrick is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas and enjoys the outdoors and woodworking. He resides in Williamsburg with his wife and two children.
Director of Lifestyles & Wellness
Mallory obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University. She has been working in the healthcare industry for the past six years and began her journey at a pharmaceutical marketing company, planning lectures on macular degeneration to help raise awareness all across the country. Mallory loves working with older adults and helping to improve their quality of life. She enjoys planning trips, events and seminars for our residents. She resides in Williamsburg with her husband and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
