Ranging in size from 1,054 gsf to 1,937 gsf, all apartments have a full designer kitchen. The apartments will have wall ovens and come fully equipped with appliances, including washers and dryers. Apartments also feature a 24-hour emergency call system, wall-to-wall carpeting, individual climate controls and extra storage areas in the apartment building. Hardwood floors are available in the apartments for an additional cost. Apartments will have patios or balconies and all will have walk-in closets. High speed internet connections will be available.
