Villas: 96 independent living residences of villa are available in a choice of 3 primary floor plans. Depending on your floor plan of choice (Durham, Edinburgh or Yarmouth), there are options and choices to allow you to choose from four versions of the Durham and Edinburgh and two choices for the Yarmouth.
Windsor Hall: 85 independent, spacious two-bedroom apartments with a choice of 1-2 bedrooms and optional sunrooms, studios or lofts will be located in Windsor Hall.
