Maintenance Tech

The Maintenance Technician maintains, repairs, and ensures the proper operation of the facility. In addition, he or she will help maintain the structural and cosmetic appearance and upkeep of the facility as necessary. Position available at WindsorMeade Williamsburg, located in Williamsburg, VA.

Painter Maintenance Tech

The Painter/Tech will perform all apartment/villa turnovers as well as routine maintenance of the structural and cosmetic appearance and upkeep of the facility as necessary. The person in this position has primary responsibility for conducting facility surveys to determine the need for and perform touch up painting and drywall repairs as necessary. This position does require on call and weekend rotation (approximately every 4 weeks). Position is available at WindsorMeade Williamsburg, located in Williamsburg, VA.

Event Services Assistant

The Event Services Assistant assists with the physical set up for meetings held within the community. Set up tables, chairs, stage(s), dance floor and audio visual equipment as necessary. Flexible schedule; ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as necessary. Other requirements may include performing basic general facility maintenance functions such as changing light bulbs, simple repairs, seasonal decorating, hanging pictures and equipment assembly. Knowledge of audio visual and computer equipment a plus. Position is available immediately at WindsorMeade Williamsburg, located in Williamsburg, VA.

The HVAC Technician

The HVAC Technician maintains, repairs, and ensures the proper and efficient operation of the facilities central plant and other mechanical systems including back-up generator, domestic hot water heaters, air-handlers, air distribution systems, hydronic piping, and computerized building management system. The technician will also help maintain the plumbing or any other structural, cosmetic, and miscellaneous maintenance needs of the facility as necessary.

Care Manager

The Care Manager promotes the physical, personal and emotional well being of residents and strives to maintain residents at their maximum level of self-care and independence. The Care Manager is responsible for managing the Independent Living resident care program by promoting effective education, assessment/monitoring of care needs, facilitating interdisciplinary approaches, and coordination of services to support the aging in place concept. The Care Manager works as a vital member of the health care team by promoting timely delivery and support services of health care to achieve optimal health and financial outcomes.

Kitchen Utility Worker

The Kitchen Utility Worker helps the back of the house dining staff with all facets of cleanup of the kitchen. Flexible schedule, ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Housekeeper 16 hours per week

Flexible working schedule to meet the needs of the job. Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions, the ability to communicate with English speaking residents.

RN Charge Nurse (FT) (PT) (PRN)

The Charge Nurse is responsible for the well being and nursing care of all residents assigned to him or her during the shift. Reporting to the Supervisor, he or she carries out physician’s orders, assesses residents and notes any changes in condition, distributes and charts medications, distributes narcotics and manages the narcotic inventory, supervises the staff of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and responds immediately to emergencies. He or she acts as a role model and effective team member and is personally committed to enhance the lives of each resident by providing the highest quality of life possible.

LPN Charge Nurse (FT) (PT) (PRN)

The charge nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining continuity of care for the Residents. Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating, all care during assigned tour of duty. Supervising, interpreting performance, counseling and directing CNA’s. Acts as a role model and is an effective team member for stimulating growth and harmony between co-workers and peers. Restaurant Server

An essential personnel position primarily responsible for setting up, serving, breaking down and restocking of work areas to include all tables, dishes, silver, and utensils, etc. used in production and service.

Line Chef

An essential personnel position working with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef responsible for leading kitchen staff to success while ensuring culinary excellence, regulatory compliance and fiscal responsibility at this high volume a la carte, healthcare and banquet operation.

Line Cook

The Line Cook prepares meals following planned menus that meet the dietary requirements for all residents and ensures the cleanliness, safety, organization, and maintenance of the kitchen so that it is in full compliance with the standards and regulations of the Department of Health, state and federal licensing/regulations/mandates, and OSHA. Reporting to the Chef, he or she helps order food and supplies, and ensure proper, safe storage of food/supplies.

Certified Nursing Assistant

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) helps the professional nursing staff provide nursing care to residents in the areas of daily hygiene, toileting, feeding, moving safely to activities or functions, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the resident’s room. Reporting to the Charge Nurse, he or she provides encouragement and assistance to motivate residents to achieve their maximum level of independence.
