VILLAS and APARTMENTS Lighting Type and Details • Entry — ceiling fixture • Kitchen — fluorescent fixture, recessed lighting, undercounter lighting • Dining room — 5-light chandelier with dimmer; villas have chandelier and   recessed lighting • Living room — the villas have a ceiling fixture • Den — ceiling fixture • Bedrooms 1 & 2 — ceiling fixtures, over the mirror lighting in bathroom Appliances • GE Profile finished in white — visit the model to see the appliances Closets • Shelving — open plastic coated wire shelves Cabinets and Pantry • Kitchen and bath cabinets will be manufactured by Grandview with the Marvella   cabinet line and three stain choices of cherry, frost and pear Bathrooms and Bathroom Fixtures • Fixtures made by Delta • Toilets will be 16 1/2 inches high • Villas will have exhaust fans • Apartments will have heat lamps and exhaust fans Ceiling Fixtures and Heights • Ceiling fans with light options supplied and maintained by WindsorMeade, but   purchase and installation of ceiling fans will be resident’s expense • Villa ceilings will vary between 8-10 feet • Apartment ceilings will vary between 8-9 feet Television • TV services will be provided by Direct TV Flooring — Villas • Kitchen, living room, dining room and den — hardwood • Hallway — hardwood downstairs, carpet upstairs • Stairs — will consist of finished wood treads and risers   with a carpet runner for stairs to 2nd floor • Entry and utility room — porcelain tile • Bedrooms — carpet • Bathrooms — ceramic tile Flooring — Apartments • Kitchen, laundry and bathrooms — vinyl flooring • Living room, dining room, den, halls, entry and   bedrooms — carpet
