Using a “bridge loan” collateralized by your home or investment assets will allow you to obtain the funds necessary to pay the entrance fee on a home at WindsorMeade. You may already have a portion of the entrance fee in liquid assets but need some of your “trapped equity” until you sell your current home, and you may not want to liquidate investments because of temporary declines in the value of the investments or because of tax consequences.
Elderlife will help you access this “trapped equity” until your home is sold. Best of all, WindsorMeade covers the cost of the services provided by Elderlife to walk you through the process. There is no obligation until you decide to take advantage of this opportunity.
