These groups made up of local and future residents desired a vibrant community offering services that would allow them to preserve their income, not consume it.

Fee for Service is a plan for residents to pay for health care services when or if they use it. Residents enjoy preventive health services included in their monthly service fee, to promote wellness and reduce the utilization of future health care needs.

Fee for Service prevents overpaying for health care services you might not need or are not currently utilizing.

Fee for Service was designed to provide residents with choices and options when they need care. Choose to remain in your Villa or Apartment and have care come to you or choose to move into WindsorMeade’s exceptional Health Services Center.
