Final inspection of Manchester House’s kitchen occurred today, September 8.
The Pump House framing has passed inspection, clearing the way for roof construction. Testing of the fire pumps is now complete.
Landscaping will begin in the next two weeks.
The Activities Room has not progressed as rapidly as anticipated and is now expected to be completed by September 13. New furnishings have arrived and are being stored on site so that they can be placed as soon as construction is complete.
Renovation of the Hadley House living room, sun room and den now is scheduled to begin around September 12. That construction will require the nurse’s station to be relocated.
The newly-renovated Health Services Beauty Salon now is scheduled to re-open on September 14. Until then, beauty services will continue to be available in the Beauty Salon on the first floor, where hours have been extended.
The Hadley House Social Worker and the Recreation Therapist offices will relocate in mid- September.

Please use the Abingdon Neighborhood laundry room while Hadley House’s laundry room is unavailable.
Beth Powell has begun working as the RN Clinical Leader for Abingdon and Manchester Neighborhoods.
The next monthly expansion meeting is scheduled for September 11 at 9:30 am in the Kensington Room.
