As the economy slowly continues to recover and the housing market begins to show small signs of improvement, we recognize that the housing market “bubble” of 2004 won’t be experienced again for quite some time. Therefore, we have made the decision to significantly adjust our entrance fees so they are aligned with current home values and market conditions.
