WindsorMeade is under construction, and we are happy to accept your reservation or your 10% deposit. The Future List requires a $1,000 deposit and is designed for those people who have an interest in moving to WindsorMeade after it opens. The $1,000 deposit is applied toward the Entrance Fee and is completely refundable at any time, should you change your mind about moving to WindsorMeade. Admission is based strictly on the chronological order of deposits and applications received.

The first residents in Phase I will move into their villas in May, 2007. Phase I is sold out with only a couple of select locations remaining in Phase II. Construction has begun in Villa Phases III and IV. All villa phases will be complete in August, 2008. The apartments in Windsor Hall and the entire community will be completed in 2008.
