Meet the WindsorMeade Williamsburg Leadership Team.
Andrea Staskiel joined WindsorMeade Williamsburg as the Executive Director in November 2021. Andrea received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The College of William and Mary, Raymond A. Mason School of Business. Prior to arriving at WindsorMeade, she provided executive leadership at a nearby retirement community in Newport News, VA as Executive Director. Andrea is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, a Certified Senior Advisor, and a member of the board of directors for LeadingAge Virginia. Her involvement with the greater community includes service since 2015 on the School Board for the New Kent County Public Schools.
Lori received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Cedarville University in 1985 and spent the following 15 years working in the hospital and home health care areas. She has been working in the Continuing Care Community Setting for over 17 years and in 2016 she received her Nursing Home Administrator License. Lori resides in Williamsburg with her husband of 33 years. She loves traveling and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Lydia Earhart joins the WindsorMeade team as the Director of Sales and Marketing. After graduating from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Lydia worked for a variety of print publications in Louisiana, Chicago and New York. In her 20s, she was named Editor of two North Louisiana magazines. In 2016, Lydia expanded her career from print journalism to marketing when she was named the Director of Marketing and Community Relations at a Life Plan Community in Louisiana. In that role, Lydia played a pivotal part in the growth of the community, opening a new 60-unit building for active, independent older adults. She focused on building their external relations by leading intergenerational activities, a support group for caregivers and an educational speaker series. She continues to use her journalism skills for public relations and finds creative ways to tell the stories of the older adults who live in Continuing Care Retirement Communities. Currently, she is a fellow participating in the Larry Minnix Leadership Academy through national LeadingAge. She living in Williamsburg with her husband and young son.
Kevin has extensive knowledge of the Culinary Arts. Mentored at two wonderful inns in Connecticut; The Copper Beech Inn and the Inn at Chester. After studying at the Culinary Institute of America with an extended externship, Kevin worked in Zurich, Switzerland at Swissôtel International’s restaurant, the Panorama Grille. Back in the states he has enjoyed working in several fine establishments, including Amelia Island Plantation in Florida and the historic Martin’s Tavern in Georgetown. Kevin has been an active board member of the Williamsburg Area Restaurant Association, ChefsGo 1.0 Culinary Program through TNCC, and Culinary Institute of Virginia Advisory Board Member.
Holly joined WindsorMeade Williamsburg in 2013. She oversees the concierge, transportation, Lifestyles Coordinator and the Chaplain. Holly has over 16 years in the hospitality industry and worked for Insignia Management Group, Signature Management Company, Busch Entertainment Corporation and Roseland Property Company. Holly studied Musical Theatre and Classical Voice at The Boston Conservatory and performs locally in her spare time. She resides in Williamsburg with her husband of 23 years.
Tammy has 17 years of nursing experience with the past 10 years working with the elderly population in the Nursing Home as well as in a Continuing Care Retirement Community. Tammy received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Hampton University. She oversees the day to day operation of the clinical team in the licensed areas as well as the clinic. Tammy is very dedicated to improving the quality of life for the residents. Tammy resides in Newport News with her husband and 2 children.
Steven Nelson has over 20 years’ experience in construction and property management with commercial and residential facilities. He has a BA in Facilities Management from the University of Massachusetts and a BA International Degree from American International College. Before coming to WindsorMeade, he managed and developed the integration of a new 24-story high rise at a CCRC in South Hampton Roads. He is a native of Vermont and served in the U.S. Air Force. He is an avid traveler and has crossed the Atlantic Ocean over 50 times.
