Meet the WindsorMeade Williamsburg Leadership Team
Marilyn joined WindsorMeade Williamsburg in November 2008. Marilyn previously worked at The Chesapeake in Newport News, Va. for 17 years and Harbor’s Edge in Norfolk, Va. for three years. Marilyn holds Virginia licenses as a Nursing Home Administrator and a Registered Nurse. She received a Bachelor’s in Science degree from Mountain State University. Marilyn has served on the Board of Directors for LeadingAge Virginia (previously VANHA) for 12 years. Most recently she served as the Chair of that Board for two years and now sits as the Past Chair. Marilyn has over 30 years of experience in the retirement industry.
Lori Kaisand, RN
Interim Health Services Administrator
Lori received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Cedarville University in 1985 and spent the following 15 years working in the hospital and home health care areas. She has been working in the Continuing Care Community Setting for over 17 years and in 2016 she received her Nursing Home Administrator License. Lori resides in Williamsburg with her husband of 33 years. She loves traveling and spending time with her family and grandchildren..
Director of Marketing
Jean joined WindsorMeade Williamsburg in 2016. She has over 10 years of experience with continuing care retirement communities and has worked at Havenwood Heritage Heights located in Concord NH and Cypress Cove HealthPark Florida in Fort Myers, FL. Jean studied with Skidmore College – UWW. She resides in Williamsburg with her husband of 41 years.
Director of Dining & Catering
Kevin Early has extensive knowledge of the Culinary Arts. Mentored at two wonderful inns in Connecticut; The Copper Beech Inn and the Inn at Chester. After studying at the Culinary Institute of America with an extended externship, Kevin worked in Zurich, Switzerland at Swissôtel International’s restaurant, the Panorama Grille. Back in the states he has enjoyed working in several fine establishments, including Amelia Island Plantation in Florida and the historic Martin’s Tavern in Georgetown. Kevin has been an active board member of the Williamsburg Area Restaurant Association, ChefsGo 1.0 Culinary Program through TNCC, and Culinary Institute of Virginia Advisory Board Member.
Business Office Director
Tracey has over 19 years of experience working in the retirement industry. She joined the WindsorMeade team in 2008 and has extensive experience in Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Medicare Billing, Census and Medicare Cost reporting. Tracey earned her BA in Business Office Administration Management from Lynchburg College. Tracey currently resides in Williamsburg and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Director of Lifestyles and Wellness
Holly joined WindsorMeade Williamsburg in 2013. She oversees the concierge, transportation, Lifestyles Coordinator and the Chaplain. Holly has over 16 years in the hospitality industry and worked for Insignia Management Group, Signature Management Company, Busch Entertainment Corporation and Roseland Property Company. Holly studied Musical Theatre and Classical Voice at The Boston Conservatory and performs locally in her spare time. She resides in Williamsburg with her husband of 23 years.
Director of Environmental Services
Patrick leads WindsorMeade’s Environmental Services Department which is responsible for the facilities, security, landscape, housekeeping and laundry operations. He has over 17 years of property and facility management experience. He has been employed by companies such as the YMCA, ValleyCrest Companies and two Anheuser-Busch Companies; Busch Properties and Busch Entertainment Corporation. Patrick is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas and enjoys the outdoors and woodworking. He resides in Williamsburg with his wife and two children.
Tammy Johnson-Candia, RN
Director of Nursing
Tammy has 17 years of nursing experience with the past 10 years working with the elderly population in the Nursing Home as well as in a Continuing Care Retirement Community. Tammy received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Hampton University. She oversees the day to day operation of the clinical team in the licensed areas as well as the clinic. Tammy is very dedicated to improving the quality of life for the residents. Tammy resides in Newport News with her husband and 2 children.
