The anticipated hot and cold water outage for all of Windsor Hall is scheduled for June 15 beginning at 6 am.We anticipate water being restored by 11 am.Street traffic at the excavation area, located in front of Windsor Hall, will be reduced to one lane for the week of June 12. Flagmen will provide traffic control during the day and lighted barrels will mark the area at night. Several projects will be completed and available for use on June 13, including:
Hadley House’s Gathering Room remains open until June 13, when the TV will be moved to the sitting area near the stairway. There will be a considerable amount of noise on June 13 in the Health Services Beauty Salon, then again a few days later, as the renovation continues. The newly-renovated salon is scheduled to re-open on July 10. Until then, beauty services will continue to be available in the Beauty Salon on the first floor, where hours have been extended. Hadley House’s new kitchen and dining room is nearing completion and awaiting Health Department inspections,now scheduled for June 14, before it can be commissioned for use. Please use the Abingdon House laundry room while Hadley House laundry room is unavailable.
Patti Petrus, Abingdon Household Leader, will assume her new position on June 12. Abingdon and Manchester Household team members (both clinical and non-clinical) will complete their required orientation training by July 1.
The next monthly expansion meeting is scheduled for June 12 at 9:30 am in the Kensington Room.
