Doug has served in multiple roles throughout his senior living career. Most recently, he served as executive director for Lifespace Communities in Chicago and HumanGood Communities in Las Vegas. Prior to that, Doug spent over twelve years as President and CEO of United Church Homes and Services, a multi-site senior living organization with headquarters in North Carolina. Doug obtained his undergraduate degree from Slippery Rock University and his Master of Business Administration and Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership and Innovation from St. Francis University. Doug is a licensed nursing home administrator in several states, including Virginia.
Gisela brings more than seventeen years of dedication to purposeful engagement in senior living. She began her career in resident engagement and later served as a Regional Director before returning to a community-based role in Sales to spend more time with family. Over the past nine years, she has helped open new communities and guided families with compassion and insight.
In 2024, Gisela and her husband relocated to Williamsburg, where she joined WindsorMeade as a Sales Counselor and now serves as Director of Sales and Marketing. She enjoys cycling the Capital Trail, bowling, playing pickleball, and quilting, and is a devoted mother of two adult daughters and a proud dog parent.
Holly joined WindsorMeade Williamsburg in 2013. She oversees all aspects of lifestyle and wellness on the WindsorMeade campus, including but not limited to event planning, concierge services, transportation, health and fitness, volunteerism, community outreach, and chaplaincy services. Holly has more than 20 years of experience in the entertainment and hospitality industry and has worked for Insignia Management Group, Signature Management Company, Busch Entertainment Corporation and Roseland Property Company. Holly is a 2023 graduate of the LeadingAge Virginia Leadership Academy, a graduate-level curriculum focused on leadership development, advocacy, innovation and change. Holly is an avid reader who enjoys power walking, skiing, paddleboarding and long walks on the beach.
Janet’s passion for human resources began upon recognizing its pivotal role in shaping the success of a company’s mission through effective team management. This realization propelled her to attain the Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation. Janet earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business management in 2012 and later pursued her Master of Science degree in administration of human services, completing it in 2016. Beyond her professional endeavors, Janet cherishes spending time with her husband, five children, fifteen grandchildren, and their beloved grand dog and three grand cats.
Tammy joined the WindsorMeade team in 2018. She brings more than 20 years of nursing experience, including 15+ years working with the senior population in long-term care nursing and rehabilitation. Tammy received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Hampton University. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinical team in the licensed areas and the clinic. Tammy dedicates herself to improving the quality of life for the residents. Tammy is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator as of January 2024. Tammy resides in Newport News with her husband and two children.
Kesha is a seasoned accountant with 15+ years of experience across real estate, banking, manufacturing and adult education, with a strong foundation in auditing, reconciliation and financial analysis. She holds a Master of Science degree in accounting with a minor in information systems, providing her with a deep understanding of accounting principles and the technological tools essential for success. Kesha’s committed to remaining updated on the latest developments, regulations and best practices. She is a 2024 LeadingAge Virginia Leadership Academy Fellow. Outside of work, Kesha enjoys quality time with her family and indulging her passion for crafting, channeling her creativity into one-of-a-kind works of art.
